Who we serve
Most of our clients need more than one of our services at once — a shipment, the people travelling with it, and the paperwork that lets both move. That is exactly why we keep them under one roof.
Companies importing, exporting or sourcing abroad who need a partner rather than five separate vendors.
Teams moving staff and delegations, and back offices that need capacity without new headcount.
Conferences, pilgrimages, tours, family and study travel — with the visa applications that go with them.
Our services
Take one, or let us run several together. Every engagement starts with a written scope so you know what is included before you commit.
We find the supplier, negotiate the terms, and get the goods to your door — as one continuous chain rather than a handoff.
Conferences, delegations, tours, pilgrimages and study trips — planned, priced and escorted from first enquiry to safe return.
Document preparation and submission support for study, work, business, visitor and family applications.
Practical advisory for organisations entering new markets, fixing broken processes or deciding whether a venture stacks up.
Sell without holding stock. We connect your storefront to vetted suppliers and handle fulfilment behind the scenes.
The administrative backbone of a company — set up correctly and kept compliant.
Trained people running defined processes for you — without the cost and delay of hiring.
Most enquiries touch two or three of these. Tell us the outcome you want and we will map the services to it — at no cost.
Describe your situationHow we work
The same four steps whether you are shipping a container, moving forty delegates or opening a company.
A short call or form to understand the outcome, the deadline and the constraints. Free, and no commitment.
Itemised costs, timelines, assumptions and exclusions — in writing, usually within one business day.
We coordinate suppliers, carriers, embassies and vendors. You deal with one named contact throughout.
Delivery confirmed, documents handed over, invoice reconciled — and a debrief if the work continues.
Why Lighthill
When goods, people and paperwork are handled by different companies, the gaps between them are where deadlines are lost. We close those gaps.
One contract, one contact, one invoice. Nobody gets to point at somebody else when a date slips.
Fixed scope and fixed price on the quotation. Anything outside it is agreed with you first, in writing.
Most cross-border delays are paperwork delays. We treat documentation as the job, not an afterthought.
Vetted suppliers, carriers and partners across our operating markets — not a directory search on your behalf.
We take single shipments and single applications as seriously as retained corporate accounts.
If a plan will not work or a visa is unlikely to be granted, we tell you before you spend money on it.
Questions
Most quotations go out within one business day. Complex procurement or multi-leg logistics jobs may take two to three days because we price them against real supplier and carrier responses rather than estimates.
No. The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. If the work needs a paid advisory engagement, we tell you before that call ends.
No one legitimately can — the decision belongs to the immigration authority. What we do is assess eligibility honestly up front, prepare a complete and well-evidenced application, and tell you plainly if we think an application is unlikely to succeed before you spend money on it.
Yes. A single shipment, one visa application or one family trip is handled with the same process as a retained corporate account — the scope is just smaller.
We operate through a partner and supplier network rather than owning offices everywhere, which lets us cover a wide range of routes and jurisdictions. Tell us the origin and destination and we will confirm coverage before quoting.
Depending on the service: a fixed fee for defined work such as visa preparation or company formation, a margin or handling fee on procurement and freight, and a monthly retainer for outsourcing and ongoing corporate services. Whichever applies is stated on the quotation before you commit.
