Terms of service
How we work, what you pay and when, and what we are and are not responsible for.
Who we are

Scope of work
Each engagement is governed by the written quotation and its stated inclusions and exclusions. Anything not written into the quotation is not included. If something outside the agreed scope turns out to be necessary, we tell you and agree it with you in writing before we do it or charge for it.
Fees and payment
Each quotation states the price, the currency and what the price covers. That price is fixed for the scope quoted.
Work begins once payment has cleared in full. We commit our own money to suppliers, carriers and authorities on your behalf, and we do not do that before the funds are with us.
Where we agree in writing to invoice you instead — for additional costs agreed during an engagement, or because we have agreed account terms with you — payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late payment
An invoice unpaid after 14 days may carry statutory late payment interest under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012: the European Central Bank main refinancing rate, as it stood on the preceding 1 January or 1 July, plus eight percentage points — together with the fixed compensation for recovery costs those Regulations provide for.
We may also suspend work while an invoice is overdue. We will tell you before we do, not after.
Third parties
Where we coordinate carriers, embassies, suppliers or other third parties, their decisions and timelines are outside our control. Visa outcomes in particular are decided solely by the relevant immigration authority.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, we refund you in full, less any cost we have already committed on your instruction and cannot recover. If you cancel once work is under way, we refund whatever we have not yet spent or committed.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have rights under Irish and EU consumer law in addition to the above, including cancellation rights on things bought online. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.
A visa refusal, a customs decision, or a delay caused by a carrier, supplier or public authority is not a failure to perform on our part.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
