Lighthill Solutions is a cross-border services business based in Dublin, Ireland, working with clients wherever their suppliers, staff and destinations happen to be.

Why we exist

Moving something across a border is rarely one job. A shipment needs a supplier, a carrier and customs paperwork. A delegation needs flights, accommodation and visas. Most businesses end up holding three or four suppliers together themselves, and the gaps between those suppliers are where deadlines are lost — each one is doing its piece correctly, and nobody is responsible for the whole.

Lighthill exists to be the single point of responsibility across that whole chain. One contract, one contact, one invoice, and no one pointing at somebody else when a date slips.

What we do

Seven service lines, which clients take singly or several at once: procurement and logistics, drop shipping, group travel, visa applications, corporate services, outsourcing and consulting. The services pages set out what each one covers.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a written quotation stating the scope, the price, the currency and what is excluded. Work begins once that is agreed. If something outside the agreed scope turns out to be necessary, we tell you and agree it in writing before doing it — you are never presented with a cost you did not approve.

Where third parties are involved — carriers, embassies, suppliers — their decisions are outside anyone’s control, and we say so plainly rather than promising outcomes we cannot deliver. If a plan will not work, or a visa is unlikely to be granted, we would rather tell you before you spend money on it. The terms of service set this out in full.
